Sophisticated 2-story Penthouse with Private Terrace, exclusive design and elegant decor; located in front of Puerta de Hierro and 5 minutes from Shopping Centers: Andares, Landmark, Real Center.

Private Mirador-Terraza on the second floor with living room, dining room and minibar; enjoy the best view of the whole city in the privacy of your own space.

The entire apartment has Air Conditioning, equipped with 2 TVs and all the necessary furnishings for a comfortable stay.

No visitors.

The space
You can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the city or admire the sunrise in the city from the comfort of the living room or the private terrace, access to the apartment is by elevator, so it is not necessary to use stairs.

For your convenience, there is self check-in with electronic sheet and security booth 24 hours a day, one of the safest places in the city.

Guest access
The complex has a Snack area in PB with drinks, coffee, cookies, etc., is located right next to the pool, so you can enjoy a pleasant stay.

On the 13th floor you have the gym, hammocks, barbecues, tables; these are for prior section.

There is also a self-service toy area that is provided upon request with the guard on duty.

Other things to note
For access to the private terrace there are stairs for exclusive use inside the apartment.

our stay here was amazing , it was very clean and had all amenities we needed , the host was very helpful and responded fast when we needed help with entrance, I loved the property it had a cafe.I also loved how beautiful the penthouse was as well as the property itself. This place was better then i expected i definitely would love to stay again next time we travel to Zapopan.

Apart from some issues with the initial cleanliness, the apartment was really nice. If Spanish is your second language and you're not really fluent you might have some issues with checking in, and communicating with the security guards. However, they were extremely helpful and understanding.

Lovely and Peaceful Penthouse with Views

Overall, a wonderful stay!!! I had a small user error issue while checking in. However, the host was readily available to quickly resolve the issue. The apartment is lovely, nicely decorated, two bedrooms adequately furnished. The terrace is HUGE. I spent a whole day enjoying it while taking in the warm day and catching up on some reading. The building itself is VERY secure. Almost a little too secure. The in and out process can be a little complicated. But again, safety is key. The location of the apartment, for me, was not a problem. Right now.However, it is on a busy road. You can’t really walk anywhere. But nothing an Uber ride can’t resolve. The apartment is near the popular Andares mall. I will definitely be staying here again.
