This is a nice clean home in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool, the pool table and the back pond. The washer and dryer worked great. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of the kitchen supplies. There are 2 small frying pans that are very scratched and losing their non-stick coating, no baking sheet, and no cutting boards. The oven and grill were usable, but not great.

Great place to stay

The house was clean, comfortable and having a pool access was a plus for our grandchildren. We were close to the beach and many amenities. We would be interested in reserving this property again in the future.

Great House

Booked the Emerald House for a trip in town for a funeral. Looking for something to keep all age groups of my children happy, this house checked every box! Jose was very communicating and a great host! We look forward to booking again in the future for a vacation!

Amazing home to stay at.

The home was so spectacular and accommodating, it had all the amenities that you needed. Very clean, organized, close to everything and very easy to communicate with the owner. Words cannot describe how amazing it was to stay here. Highly recommended.

The house suited our needs for a week stay with our friends. The only thing lacking was a well stocked kitchen. Could have used more pots, pans, etc as we made most of our meals at the house. The kitchen did not have enough of the proper equipment to cook. Also the pool maintenance team came on a day other than what we were told. A heads up would have been appreciated as we were using the pool at the time and had to get out. We would have planned accordingly if we had known they were coming Otherwise we really enjoyed our time there.

I can’t express enough how accommodating and pleasant our host Jose was! The Emerald House was so wonderful to stay in! It was clean had everything we needed and more. My family enjoyed the beautiful and very clean pool! We will definitely be booking again for our next visit to Bradenton, my home away from home ❤️

Emerald House

We enjoyed the week that we stayed here. The house is as listed and accommodated all 10 of us very well. The heated pool was always warm, even on days when it was only in the 50s outside. The pool table was a nice addition. There are alot of nice extras at this place. There is also a large pond out back with a small fenced-in dock attached to the property where you can relax and watch birds, fish, and turtles. The kids enjoyed throwing pieces of bread out and watching them all come up to get it. You won't get that anywhere else!

Spring break beach getaway

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious and we all slept comfortably. The pool was nice, but we couldn’t figure out the water heater. Even though it was ice cold…we still swam in it and had a blast. The pool table was fun to use too. We took advantage of cooking at home with the fully stocked kitchen. The beaches were conveniently close and beautiful. I would definitely recommend staying here. The host responded to all of our questions in a timely manner.

Need to fix the lock

We had trouble with the front door lock from the start. The host was responsive but his solutions did not work. We were forced to leave a back door unlocked so we were able to get into the house. There was no garage door remote or touchpad available. The security lights in the back of the house were motion sensitive and it was hard to enjoy the pool after dark with the lights coming on every time someone moved. The house sleeps 10 people but there is only seating for 5 in the living room. The house was clean and relatively well stocked.

Thank you for letting us now your appinion. Is Hard to have a solution when it depends on yout capacity. We call you by facetime to explain to you how to use the front door and also gave you an option to have a fiscal key and you didn't respond to our messenger. You should have not let open the back door all the time because doing so you put the property ar risk. The monitor light are there for safety for this reason they turned on when they detected a motion. The house is perfectly adicueted with all the appliances and space for 10 gest. I will recommend for future booking for you tu check if the house meet all your high standards. We feel that the service that we provided is of high quality and all of are gest feel the same way.
