A wonderful stay

The property was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with and the cooler and beach chairs were a lovely addition. Our host, Kim, was extremely responsive and helpful. Traveling with a kid also loved access to a washer and dryer.

The place was clean and in a good location! My daughter and I stayed at the house which was perfect for us! Kim was awesome, our flight was delayed and she worked with us! Thank you Again!

We had such a lovely stay at The Best of Both Worlds! Our host was friendly and prompt with communications. The house was beautiful and thoughtfully stocked with items to make our stay comfortable. Great location as well -- it truly is in close proximity to all the fun art and culture that St. Pete has to offer, while also in a sweet, quiet neighborhood where we could relax and enjoy space. We will definitely look into this rental for future visits to St. Pete. Thanks for an awesome experience!

Everything was awesome. There was nothing that we needed. The house was very clean. Washer and dryer worked no complaints 100% satisfied thank you so much.

Family winter trip.

Very well decorated and maintained. Old home,updated in looks. Newer appliances, hardware, owner had great suggestions in her book. Great ccommunicator
