Walk out to the beach access and settle in on our award winning sugar white sand beach. We supply everything needed to enjoy a relaxing beach getaway.

Enjoy the property grilling area. We have beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels for our guests. We believe we have thought of everything to make your visit stress-free and memorable.

Great little place for a short stay. The beach is right around the corner, and there are plenty of restaurants/bars within walking distance. We had a small issue after arrival, but the owner was quick to resolve it. We will definitely be back!

This is a super convenient location where you can walk to everything! We never needed a car our entire trip! The beach is extremely close and not crowded at all! Having the chairs and umbrellas provided made it so easy to pack up and go to the beach! We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

This location is perfect for a short term stay. The unit is a little tired, but as I say, perfect for a short term stay. The owners were extremely communicative. No problems at all. I would book it again for a short term stay.

Great location, quiet but close to restaurants. Clean for the most part, did have some large bugs upon arrival and the first morning we were there but they stopped coming after that and were not a big deal for us. Will be back.

Property is still under repair from hurricane damage, but overall my apartment was very location, locatio was greatand management responded quickly to fix a hot water heater problem.

Birthday trip

My husband wanted to drive to IRB for his birthday. We found this place easily on line, and it went well. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than we expected but certainly doable even for us in our 80”s. We are both short so it was difficult to reach the fan and light chains

The property was a lot smaller than expected. We also thought it would be right on the beach. The cleanliness of the house was attrocious. There were dead cockroaches everywhere and the furnace closet was so filthy. The filter needed changing. The smoke detector was sitting in a closet.

Thank you for your feedback. The property is on the beach side with direct access through the gate. We had recently sprayed for pests, which may explain why some appeared after cleaning. We’ve also addressed the furnace filter and cleanliness with our team.
