Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place garbage cans to the front of driveway on Sunday and Friday nights. Collection is early the next day.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you are planning to have a guest visit for the day, you are required to contact one of the homeowners for permission.
At the end of your stay place all used and unused sheets and towels into the designated linen bags located in the laundry closet on each floor.
Return all pool furniture to its original setup before check out. Items left in disarray, damaged, or left in the pool results in a $100 charge.
