This centrally-located home is just a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk from downtown Napa. You are steps away from all that downtown Napa has to offer, but you also have the peace and quiet of a residential neighborhood. Located minutes from Oxbow Market, the waterfront, roof-top bars, Wine Train, shopping at the Napa Premium Outlets, and some of the best dining and wine tasting experiences in the valley.
This modern, furnished, private home is about 1,030 sq ft and has 2 en suite bedrooms on the second floor. There’s also a half bath on the first floor. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a king-sized bed and bedroom 2 with a queen-sized bed. Each room has a TV with access to all your favorite streaming services.
Fully equipped kitchen, central heat and A/C, high-speed WiFi, in unit washer and dryer, outdoor patio with daybed, private hot tub, and parking. There’s room to park one vehicle in the home’s private garage. A dedicated workspace is available in both bedrooms. Need to charge your electric vehicle?
