An amazing home located directly on the ocean in Rio San Juan, on the Dominican Republic's lush North Coast. Only 45 minutes from Puerto Plata's international airport you can enjoy total privacy as there are no neighbors on either side of the house - only the occasional fishing boat passing by….

Everything is oriented toward the ocean. A pool is front and center and a great place to soak in the sun and listen to the sea. It is a great place for those relaxing evenings sipping drinks. The comfortable living room has a soaring 30 ft ceiling and double height windows for extra light. There is a huge oceanfront dining room which can seat 12 easily.

There are three bedrooms on the second floor. Each bedroom has a private bath and air conditioning. Three of the four bedrooms have direct ocean view and all have soaring 15+ ft ceilings. Luxurious linens from the US cradle you at night.​​
