NEW CONSTRUCTION HOMES NEAR DESERT HOT SPRINGS HIGH SCHOOL. FULLY FURNISHED BEDROOM, QUEEN SIZE BED, PARKING, PET FRIENDLY, FLEXIBLE TERMS, WIFI, UTILITIES INCLUDED, RISING DESK AND OFFICE CHAIR. WE ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENT. RENT PROMO FOR 1ST MONTH. This space is great for traveling nurses/professionals and/or students. Bedroom comes completely furnished and basic essentials such as soap, paper towels, bathroom paper, and towels are provided (on move-in day only). A house manual will be provided upon arrival with instructions for the garbage disposal, etc., as well as suggestions for local food, drink, groceries, etc. Parties are not allowed, and we ask to please be respectful of our neighbors. Smoking is also not allowed on the premises. Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hosting you soon!
