*NOTE: The property is not pet friendly, but the owner's dogs are occasionally present when owner is there. Guests with severe allergies should keep this in mind when booking.

This 4 Bedroom 3.5 bath new build home provides everything you and your family/friends need, including 2 master bedroom suites, an open living room with tons of natural light, an huge kitchen with all updated appliances including a pizza oven, and an outdoor patio space with a grill.
*Bonus feature - it has an upstairs loft area overlooking the living room with arcade games, TV, and a sleeper sofa.

Clean and Comfortable

Home is well equipped with everything we needed to support our family vacation. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and cookware. We made use of the washer and dryer and the patio grill during our stay as well. Hosts are very engaged and respond quickly.

The Best home away from home.

We had a book last minute since the place we were supposed to stay became unavailable last minute due to Maintenace issues. was the best thing that happened to us. The house was perfect they thought of everything you needed in your stay away from home to be comfortable. The property was perfect with the pools, basketball courts and shuttle to the beach. I have already recommended this house and Bethany Beach to friends and Family. Will be back .

Not a good experience

We had a pretty bad experience. We did not get the door unlock code details until 7.00 PM of the first day of our reservation. We reached the place and had to call the property managers twice to remind him to send us the door codes. i would recommend anyone staying at this place to take pictures of everything before and after. The managers charged us replacement fees for stained quilts, that we didnt stain. The stain were very old and hardly visible through naked eye.. We just happen to miss it.. Overall it was a bad experience right from the onset of the stay to even after checkout.

According to our records, you received the door code in a message at 5:40 PM, shortly after informing us of your arrival, not at 7 PM as stated in your review. We apologize for any confusion caused by the scheduled message not being sent out as intended, but we did send the code right away when you asked for it. Regarding the quilts, it appears there was a misunderstanding about their condition as they were not previously stained. We appreciate your cooperation in resolving this matter by covering the associated charge. We do ask guests to make note of anything damaged or let us know of anything not up to our standards the night they check in. You also mentioned in your messages to us after checkout that you had a great time during your stay, which we sincerely appreciate. Given this positive feedback, we do not believe we deserve a 1-star rating for this property, and we hope future guests understand this as well.
