Ocean beach & pool, stunning 2 Bed, 2 Bathroom cozy apartment -gated secure area

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are deeply surprised by your comments, as the condo was professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and our team responded immediately to your every message. Prior to your check-in, we noticed an exceptionally low guest rating for you on the platform. Regrettably, this foreshadowed what became a highly unpleasant and disrespectful experience for our local staff. It is remarkable that after hosting dozens of satisfied families, couples, and long-term guests—who stay for weekends, weeks, or even months and consistently rave about the stunning poolside setting, our meticulous cleaning, and our exceptional local host support—we should encounter a guest who seemed intent only on finding fault. Despite our standard pristine preparation, the moment you expressed dissatisfaction, we immediately dispatched our professional cleaning team to reclean the entire condo on the spot, completely free of charge, and the condo remained fully accessible throughout your stay. We take immense pride in our hospitality, but we also expect mutual respect. Due to your behavior and the disrespectful nature of your interactions with our team, we have flagged your account, and this guest is no longer welcome at our condo. We wish you the best in finding accommodations that better align with your expectations.

Thank you very much for your kind review! We're thrilled to hear that you found our location awesome and enjoyed spending time with your family at our property. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we hope to have the pleasure of hosting you and your family again in the future. Wishing you all the best!

Thank you, Mario; I'm delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our condo. If you notice anything next time, please inform us, and we will immediately arrange a cleaning service. You were a great guest. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Thank you for choosing to stay with us!

Thank you for acknowledging our host’s prompt communication and responsiveness. We take our hospitality seriously, but we must clarify several inaccuracies in your review to ensure future guests have an accurate representation of our property. 1. Location and Beach Access: Our condo is located in a premium gated resort directly on the coastline. The property sits right in front of a spectacular, long pool. To reach the beach, guests enjoy a beautiful, scenic walk through the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. Walking to the beach is part of the lifestyle here—enjoyed by our family and countless guests—as the entire resort is integrated into this coastal landscape. 2. Second Bedroom Setup: The photos on our listing clearly and accurately show the layout of the second bedroom. However, we sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the text description of the bed configuration, as we understand this was important for your adult children. 3. Appliances and Bathroom Maintenance: We pride ourselves on immediate action. The moment you mentioned a missing appliance, we immediately purchased and delivered a brand-new toaster to the condo. Furthermore, following your departure, we immediately brought in our maintenance team to update the bathrooms and remove the limescale. We address wear and tear proactively to maintain the high standards our guests expect. We are pleased our local host’s support was helpful to you, and we wish you the best in your future travels.

It's truly astonishing how a guest with unrealistic expectations can leave such a one-sided review. Shortly after their arrival, we received word from our local host that the guest was already unhappy and anxious, expecting a location closer to the beach despite our property’s very clear description. From that point forward, the guest began raising multiple complaints, in order to be able to leave for a full refund and change the location. We promptly addressed all the issues with the help of our local host, but it was obvious nothing would satisfy them. For instance, they reported issues with the internet, so we immediately dispatched someone to check the router numbers for the internet provider. The guest left the condo, and the technician could not enter to get the required information. The technician had to return the next day, but the guest complained that it wasn’t resolved the same day. They also asked a local host to arrange them a taxi, but only when the taxi arrived they let the host know that they ordered their own. They complained about not having enough towels, and the local host brought more the next morning. Again this is not a hotel, where you have unlimited towels, but we do provide a washing machine where you can always wash them if you need fresh ones. Although the guest was given written instructions and suggestions on local attractions, they claimed they hadn’t received any. They even went so far as to complain about the use of the Spanish language in a Spanish-speaking country! When local host was on site they didn’t mention anything about not being clean, but when contacting us they sent us a stain on the curtain (which would be resolved if mentioned before) and a blue tape on the bottom of the kitchen counter that for sure can not effect a stay. Our property consistently receives excellent reviews and recommendations from guests, reflecting the quality of our service and the comfort of our accommodations. We employ a professional cleaning service and have a local host available daily. Moreover, our property is situated within the safe, gated area of the five-star Hard Rock resort, ensuring a secure and luxurious experience for all our guests.
