Excellent communication, clear instructions, and excellent location. Some of the things mentioned in other reviews were true like very few glasses and noise. Not a big deal as we had water bottles and the noise was just normal city noise. Would definitely stay here again

We were disappointed with the beds. The metal frame bed squeaked and both beds were uncomfortable. The finishes in the suite were incomplete. The common area space was smaller than it looked in the pictures. We did not use the parking or laundry, but both were compelling amenities that helped us decide on renting this space. Wonderful location though with easy access to transit.

Four of us stayed here for a weekend girls trip for my birthday. Great location. Close to grocery store, restaurants and Rogers Arena. The host was very responsive with any issues. For the light sleepers, it is next to the Skytrain and the bedrooms do look out onto it, so you will occasionally hear it. Overall great stay. Would stay here again.

Nice central location. Very convenient for public transport. Good parking. Grocery stores (Asian and non-Asian) were very close. Clean, spacious and modern. Mid July and the weather was warm. No air conditioning but the multiple fans were very adequate to keep us comfortable.

Great condo, great location

We loved this condo! It was spotlessly clean and beautifully updated with modern finishes and high-end appliances. The interior was fresh, stylish, and incredibly comfortable - very comfortable and great views. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything — restaurants, shops, and attractions were all just a few blocks away, so we never needed to use a taxi or uber. Management was also top-notch — very responsive, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The ceiling fans are very dusty, as are the blinds in the primary bedroom. The baseboard heaters keep falling apart. It was difficult to get an answer regarding a late checkout and the bathroom fan in the hall bathroom would not turn off. The wall switch needs repair. Having said all that, the space was good and the location was great. It is quite noisy from the skyline trains just outside the windows, however.
