I am the property Manager and have worked managing the downstairs apartments for 10 years. The owner's who previously lived in this space, are now allowing me to manage it as well. Such a beautiful space and location.

Why they chose this property

This is one of the most beautiful places in the historic district, with Forsyth Park just across the street. Great place for a morning walk/jog or just sitting in the park enjoying a cup of coffee.

What makes this property unique

This home was built in 1890 and has a wonderful "old Savannah" feel. You feel immersed in all of the history that Savannah has to offer.
