Welcome to the Spanish Point Cottage! Our Old Florida style cottage is conveniently located within steps of some of Sarasota's most historic sites making it the ideal place to experience true Florida.
Enjoy exploring Historic Spanish Point, kayaking to a secluded beach, walking to Historic Bay Preserve, watching the sunset over the Bay, fishing at Osprey Fishing Pier, walking to dinner all from your well appointed and peaceful oasis.

The Space -
Beautiful corner lot in a quiet neighborhood with mature oak trees. No detail was left behind when building this authentic Florida style cottage. This home may only be a two bedroom cottage but it is built with the finishes of some of Sarasota's finest homes. From the vaulted ceilings covered in wood beams to the custom light fixtures, it is truly remarkable! Plenty of vintage Florida details around the cottage to make your stay in Sarasota even more memorable.
Guest access-
The home and all outdoor space is yours! Just one note, there is a garage on the property that belongs to the owner. Its entrance is on a side road out of sight from the home and outdoor spaces so they will never be in your space or area.
Other things to note
We welcome kids and additional guests. We just only have the two beds listed so we put it as a 4 person rental.

Born and raised in Sarasota, so I love sharing my hometown with visitors! I love the outdoors, hiking, biking, boating, and of course swimming in our beautiful waters.
Why they chose this property
I grew up in this neighborhood, it is truly one of the only remaining true Florida neighborhoods in Sarasota. With all the charm of traditional Florida, untouched by condos or track homes. Historic Spanish Point is one of my favorite places to spend a day, so being within walking distance to one of Sarasota's most historic sites makes this neighborhood extra unique.

Built by Sarasota's premier builder, this home is truly a masterpiece. With the finest finishes, the comfiest beds, and all the kitchen amenities you could want, you will feel like you're on a luxury vacation!
