This one-bedroom partial north view condo is newly refurnished with a Tuscany Decor with rich stained woodwork throughout! It is located on the eighty floor of our Grande Tower Building overlooking the beach. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this property are perfect for watching the stunning Siesta Key sunsets. With it’s great location in the Tower, it’s just an easy stroll away from the beach. There you can enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and include a 43" flat screen TV with HD service for your enjoyment. The bedroom has two new queen-size beds with flat screen TV. The bathroom is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all the items you need for meals and drinks (pots/pans, dishes, blender, utensils, toaster, as well as a 12-cup Mr. Coffee brewer). The condo is completely tiled throughout, and the balcony has been converted into the living room area. Please note, the pool on the beach shown in the photo is part of the neighboring property.

Perfect Location/Best Beach/Close to Town

Free shuttles ...gated condo...staff was super friendly and very accommodating... condo was immaculate and well stocked(towels,bedding kitchen ). Beach loungers included but not umbrellas. If your trip is a beach inspired trip this is a definite must ... Enjoy

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would love to see unit painted white and more of a beach condo. Dated but clean. The view is wonderful but would like it more if the ledge was removed. Enjoyed our stay and Cooper was wonderful! Love that he brings out chairs for you daily.

The units furnace was broken and we had to wait three days for the repairman. We were given a portable heater that was inadequate for the size of unit.
