This tree-studded lot provides stunning 4 mile views up the main channel offering a private dock with a boat slip and deep water. Lovely wooded outdoor space with green lawn and fire pit. Multiple outdoor seating and dining areas make for versatile ways to enjoy the scenery and amenities. Inside you will find an open gourmet kitchen with commercial-grade appliances. Vaulted ceilings with a 14 ft stacked stone fireplace, batten board walls, custom wood finishes, and natural sunlight. The primary suite is large and luxuriously appointed with vaulted ceilings, king size bed, free-standing tub, oversized shower, and dual vanities. Two other private bedrooms mirror each other. A charming upstairs tree house like bunk room with access via a ladder has 4 built-in twin bunks. Suitable for children 7 and above and adults. Home has surround sound, wifi, and televisions in each bedroom. Kayaks, paddle boards, fishing poles, inside and outside games are provided. Plenty of parking and easy access to world-class golf, fine dining, multiple waterfront restaurants and all of the amenities Lake Norman has to offer.

Awesome stay!!!

Loved the home! Such a great spot on the lake. Perfect place to hang out in the water and a great view as well. Service was phenomenal! Hosts assisted with every need and we had an amazing weekend! Would definitely visit again. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing

What a beautiful home!! The location on the lake is perfect. It has a beautiful view but also a safe place to swim for the kids. We loved cooking in the kitchen! It had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and the home was very clean. Definitely recommend renting the boat as well. We hope to come back! Thank to the host for his amazing communication.

Fantastic

We were so happy with our stay! Everything was fantastic and the attention to detail superb! The home is outstanding and the views of lake from inside and out were absolutely beautiful! We spent most of our time outside on the deck or sitting at the table on the dock. It was so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the variety of birds in and around the water as well as the deer who came up to visit. I would certainly revisit this home for a future visit. Our only regret is that we had such a short visit.

Lake Norman Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our short mini vacation at this adorable Lakehouse. It was very comfortable, clean, well decorated and the kitchen was just perfect for our foodie family that cooked all weekend and enjoyed some much overdue family time. Top off each evening with a campfire lakeside and we slept like babies in our comfy beds! We didn’t rent the guest house on the property but would definitely do so next time if our whole family comes along.. really worth the stay!! Thank you so much Shane for your hospitality!
