MAGGIE FAVORITE 3/3 FAMILY LOG CABIN with GREAT VIEWS, LARGE GAME ROOM & HOT TUB

** The safety of our guests is very important to us. We are using medical grade disinfectants to thoroughly clean the cabin between each and every guest. Our hot tub water is professionally dumped and refilled with balanced chlorine levels for every guest before arrival.

*** We have finally finished our parking spaces. There are two parking spots on a concrete pad next to the front door. There is not to be any parking on the old driveway as we had to reduce the width with the new retaining wall and you will damage your vehicle if you park there. As we have always stated, there is only parking for two vehicles on the property. Do not bring more than that.

Located at 3,500 feet, but just minutes from Soco Road, on a paved street and tucked into the mountainside is Bear Cub Cabin, our "home away from home".

While visiting enjoy our home with A/C throughout, Heat, Wi-Fi, DirecTV, Gas Fireplace, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Hair Dryers, and a Hot Tub!

The mountain view starts with glass doors leading to a 50 foot covered deck with a hot tub and rocking chairs to relax. Our view includes the mountains and farmlands of Maggie Valley. The main floor has three bedrooms and two large full double sink bathrooms, an open concept living area with a Gas Fireplace, Smart TV, Blu Ray/DVD Player. The fully stocked Kitchen has a Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Crock Pot, Tea Kettle, Dish set, Glassware, Cutlery, Pots and Pans....everything you need to prepare any meal.

Downstairs is a sweet surprise with a huge daylight family/rec room with a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Flat Screen TV with Blu Ray /DVD Player, Hide-a-Bed Couch for two more to sleep, Games and Movies, Wet Bar with a Mini Fridge and a full Bathroom with Shower.

The cabin was perfect for us. We come to NC every year for a golf trip and the cabin is great. Lots of room, well stocked kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the views from the decks are beautiful. The best thing of all was the brand new hot tub. It was terrific!! We will return!

***Do not stay here!!! First of all the description is very misleading. You do not have access to the garage.The cabin is inaccessible due to undisclosed access conditions.There is extremely steep grades and tight switchbacks that are not disclosed.We asked prior if the road is accessible for motorcycles.Well it is not despite the host claiming motorcycles stay there all the time.One in our group wrecked trying to access the extremely steep incline. They didnt even make it to the first switchback. The concrete slab you see immediately goes down a very steep incline. So you are unable to back out or turn around. There is no way 3 motorcycles could access that slab let alone 2 cars that they claim. When you reverse off the slab it is a very steep drop. When I immediately contacted the host to let them know someone wrecked trying to attempt the steep inaccessible drive they immediately said they cannot refund due to "their metrics and rating would drop". This listing is very misleading and not honest to say the least. The cabin listing leaves out the inaccessible dangerous road. Shame on you.

We have had multiple motorcyclists staying at the cabin without any issues. These guests were attempting to ride when there was a tropical storm warning and should not have been on their bikes to begin with. We also have had an SUV and a work truck parked on the slab driveway. There is a spot to back up or turn around not 50 feet up from our driveway. You are the first guests who have had problems with this in the nearly 3 years we’ve owned the property

The mountain views changed each day and never disappointed!! This mountain home was just right for us. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy our time of rest and relaxation. The master bedroom view was just as great as the living room view. We spent a lot of time on the deck just soaking in the fresh air and ever changing views.

The cabin was great…beautiful, spacious, and clean. The views were to die for!!! My only suggestion for the owner/warning for renters is that there is a pretty significant drop off in the back…..some type of railing around the bottom patio area would be a great addition for safety! But overall it was an amazing vacation home and we will for sure be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice and quiet and the view is amazing. The game room in the basement was fun on rainy days and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. I would definitely stay again.
