Super clean guest house in a lovely area. Beautiful property . Comfortable bed, nice clean shower. Very comfortable stay. We felt totally refreshed by the morning! Also, the bathroom was en suite.
The location was great. The host was great. Plenty of parking so I was able to bring my boat for some salt water fishing. We truly enjoyed our stay, and hope to book another stay in the near future.
I was out there for a wedding venue, so i wasnt there much. The place was very nice, clean property.
What you see is what you get. Its nice. A little close to the main house but wasn't bothersome. Beautiful scenic area, peaceful with a small outside area and view of the pond.
The hosts were very nice. They wanted to help with things we needed, but there was some delay in communication. The house was aesthetically pleasing and had a beautiful bathroom, but there were several problems we encountered while staying there. One of the air conditioning units malfunctioned and made it uncomfortably warm in the kitchen and living areas. It didn't get fixed and we had to deal with that the majority of our stay. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable to sleep on and hurt my back. Hot water didn't last very long while taking a shower. There were roaches crawling around. The host sent an exterminator by the Friday before we left, but we weren't there to let them in. I forgot they were coming because I was trying to enjoy my vacation. There is no washer and dryer and it was short of wash cloths and towels. We had to buy some, but the hosts reimbursed us for them. There was a lot of air in the water lines, making the water spurt uncontrollably from the faucets, shower head, and the toilet was affected as well, making loud noises. The windows cannot be raised to get fresh air into the house. This little house has a lot of potential if the hosts fix all of the problems it has. I appreciate the hosts' willingness to fix some of the problems we had.
Stopped over to visit elderly aunts on my father's side. Took my Mom with me. (She is 86 years old)
Needed a place close by. It was perfect... Mom stayed in the room and I stayed on the futon. It was so quaint. Coffee was provided. Just enough space for us. Will probably be staying again for family gathering in November. Host was very nice.
The property served our purpose very well. The problem we had was the lack of hot water. We wondered if the guest house shared hot water with the main house. It could also use more kitchen utensils.
We were considering staying overnight on the way back from Florida, except for the water issue.

cleanliness
There was hair on the shower floor which was very disgusting, and I saw a cockroach on the kitchen counter. I told the owners these things after my stay and their reply was thanks for telling us. We will look into these matters. I hesitated to write this review, but I think any that wants to stay here should know these things. The owners were very cordial.
