Newly renovated studio loft that's walking distance to the beach, shops, breweries and restaurants. It's bright and breezy with beautiful mountain views and a 2 minute drive to our local Franklin Hiking Trail. Sleeps 2 comfortably and has a pull out sofa bed. There is private off street parking for 2 cars. Private gated yard, cozy patio with a BBQ, table and chairs.
