Designer renovated with high ceilings, top floor, modern kitchen, high speed internet. The condo is single story with secure parking. Both bedrooms are en suites. Modern kitchen with Kitchen Aid appliances that opens to the cozy living room with views from every window. Washer/Dryer in unit. A/C in main great room area, which cools the space nicely. Perfect location to enjoy the best of Carlsbad. Rental Rate varies by month. Utilities included and housekeeping provided every 2 weeks. No smoking and will consider pets with deposit, and $300 cleaning fee.
