Horrible!!!!

Long black hair on ALL the towels! Even the new ones we attempted to get. One rooms TV never worked and worst of all, we had a toilet issue. After waiting over an hour for maintenence, we investigated ourselves. Upon moving the tank cover we discovered a syringe in the tank that was stuck under the float. They claimed they were comping our room? We've yet to receive compensation.
