Consortium Apartments is centrally located with easy access to major town centres, food hubs and public transportation.

It sits in the safe and secure gated community of Bay Front Villas & Apartments. Resort-like amenities spread over 3 acres featuring an outdoor pool with changing facilities, kiddie wading pool, pergolas, multipurpose court, children's play area and a private beach with expansive views of the Kingston Harbour. Guests can stroll along the coastline and take in the gorgeous sunset and city views.

Upon entry, guests are greeted with an elegant lobby outfitted with a concierge desk, an adjoining games lounge and elevator bank. Our studio is open concepts with a fully functioning kitchen, closet space and storage areas for clothing and suitcases. Sleep in comfort on a California Queen bed and convertible futon that opens into a single bed. Fresh bedding, towels and pillows are provided with every stay.

Guests have full access to our apartment and the surrounding shared spaces such as the lobby, game room** and fitness centre.** Guests are also able to relax in the pool, beach and other outdoor spaces at their leisure.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
