Room was great, Staff were friendly and helpful!We would have liked the indoor pool to be warmer. It was not warm enough to enjoy swimming. Only used one time.

Not as close to the park as advertised. Could use some updates but overall pretty good. Nice view but didnt see truist park from our room. Decent sized room just oversized dated furniture so kinda diminishes the space a bit. Actually better than the last several Hiltons ive stayed in.

I booked this stay through the VRBO app, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, the property had no record of my reservation and stated they do not work with that platform. I had to contact the listing host and wait approximately two hours for them to resolve the issue and send confirmation to the property.Once the situation was addressed, I was placed in a different room than the one I originally booked and paid for. The alternative room was not comparable to what was advertised. I did not gain access to the room until nearly midnight (11:49 PM), which was highly inconvenient.Additionally, the condition of the room was unacceptable. There was a strong odor resembling cat urine, the bathroom was unsanitary with visible urine present, the shower walls had long strands of hair, and the bedding felt damp and musty. Overall cleanliness and maintenance standards were clearly not met.This was a very frustrating and uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend this property based on the lack of communication, failure to honor the reservation, and poor hygiene conditions.
