Full kitchen that is well equipped, living and dinning area, flat screen T.V. with over 7000 local and international channels showcasing shows, movies, news and sports. Bathroom with complimentary soaps and shampoos and a rainfall showerhead, hot water throughout.
Boasting a 20 sq mt terrace with views as far as the eye can see, equipped with BBQ, dinning table and spacious outdoor sectional sofa.

We are a retired couple from Vancouver, Canada, who travelled extensively throughout Central America and finally found our Paradise in Santa Catalina, Panama. With both our back grounds coming from the hospitality industry, it would be the ideal place to build a Casita (villa) and share this place with others.
Why they chose this property
On our two acres, which is a part of 60 hectare parcel, we are secluded and surrounded by coconut trees, palm trees, old growth trees, which provide food and shelter for our abundance of wildlife.
What makes this property unique
What makes our property unique, is the privacy, the beautiful scenery, secluded beach (we can walk for hours down the beach and not see a sole), but still close to town.
