A beautiful Lake GUEST House Experience - this STUDIO is so close to Lake Lewisville. It is amazing - then you go inside to a modern, beautiful decorated chic space

Backyard is fantastic- cute little backyard with fantastic fire pit. (The fire pit is shared with the Main House guests-see picture)


Long driveway for your truck and towing your boat or ski-doo! And you have a garage!
(driveway shared with guest house/studio occupants- plenty of room)
May need street parking (Free)- just don't block other neighbors

Perfect for two

The guesthouse was perfect for two and met all of our needs. Easy to find and ample parking. Very quiet neighborhood.

Future guests, please take a momentlook Dear future guest - please take a moment to review our numerous 5 star reviews. Michael - this is great news! In Texas at the lake - as clearly described in my listing - we get bugs! And the pest control is working if you found a few dead critters in the guest house. We offered immediate extra cleaning however the you didn't respond for 2 days. We are a proactive property management that will fix any issue - immediately. The guest provided a 2 star review because they demanded a refund instead of accepting our quick support and service. They stayed the whole weekend - so I believe they must have enjoyed the beautiful Lake Guest House and hoped to get it for free.
