Relax at this quaint 10-acre family farm just outside of town. Only 5 minutes from top-tier Texas BBQ and shopping, you can experience it all or just slow down and simplify.

Just 15 minutes from Lake Granger, feel free to bring your boat for skiing or fishing while you’re here.

Enjoy the garden, chickens, and cows along with the majestic Pecan Trees that are great to hang a hammock and read.

Bottom line…getaway for a night or spend the week. It’s a great tiny Texas farm house to choose.

Peaceful, quiet, very cute.

We went to Taylor for my granddaughters graduation. This place is a little out in the country still a short drive to every where inTaylor. It was nice and quiet. There was everything we needed and then some. Nice and cool. Owner very friendly and attentive. Great place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

Charming and in a beautiful setting.

The cottage was just right for the two of us. We loved being on the farm. The chickens and pigs were a delightful bonus...and the hosts made us feel right at home. We definitely want to return.

No secure door

My daughter arrived before me. It was dark and the whole place seemed sketchy to her, so much so that she did not get out of her vehicle. I drove over about 20 minutes later and did agree it was a bit unusual with the outbuildings around the back of the house. And there was no lighting. I went to the door. I opened using the code I was told yo use. Qhen inside, it was clean and 2 beds in one room. The pics made it swem there was a room separate feom the main space. There was not. And I went to see if the door could be secured from the inside. It couldn't be lovked from the insides. So given that the host could enter anytime as he had the code, abd I had no way to secure the door for my protection, I elected to leave the cabin. It all felt too creepy. I told him we wouldn't stay with the door not being secured. He replied that only he had access and he could be trusted. NOPE. Not at all trusting someone I never met and the place was pretty remite. Had evey one of my red flags go ip.
