Beautiful gated condo community in Scottsdale Ranch. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and large covered patio steps from the largest pool and tennis courts. Prime location on 2nd floor. Nice quiet community with so much to offer. Enjoy the wonderful lifestyle at the Racquet Club....fitness center, 9 lighted tennis courts, pickle ball courts, 5 pools, 6 spas, walking paths and so much more. Master bedroom has king size bed with ensuite. .Second bedroom has queen bed. Condo is fully furnished with built-in dishwasher, washer/dryer and 3 large flat screen TV's. Recently painted and remodeled, with brand new furniture and LED fireplace. 2 sun loungers on the patio and 2 comfy chairs and 2 sun umbrellas. Tennis available at no additional cost. Tennis pro and activities director on site. Close to many golf courses, shopping, restaurants, Desert Botanical Gardens, Phoenix Zoo and Aquarium, Scottsdale Butterfly Wonderland and Scottsdale Aquarium, Scottsdale River Walk and Old Down Town Scottsdale,Arizona Diamondbacks Training Facility, Barrett Jackson Auto Show, walking paths, hiking trails and more. 15 min from Phoenix Sky Harbour airport. We are a couple from Arlington, Washington. We love hiking, standup paddleboarding, musicals and theatre, and above all travelling to new places. We love hosting and have a home in Hawaii that we have been renting out for 10 years, many of our guests have become true friends to us and that is the best part of hosting.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because of its proximity to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores, and not too far from the best hiking, whether you want just a lovely stroll in the hills or something more challenging there is a hike for every level of fitness. There is so much Scottsdale and Phoenix have to offer, great museums, zoo and Safari Park, an amazing Aquarium, Botanical Gardens, golf and baseball. Scottsdale is a safe place to live and very walkable. Our neighborhood has several lovely swimming pools and several tennis and now pickle ball courts.
What makes this property unique
We have totally refurbished our condo with high end furniture and decor. We listen to what our guests want us to provide and go out of our way to buy the things that would make their stay more comfortable. We want our home to feel like home away from home and not just a hotel room.
