It has 2900 sf, 4BRs, 5 beds (king, 2 queens, 2 twin), den w/ sleeper sofa, living & dining rooms, family room, kitchen, laundry, 3-1/2 baths & a 3 car attached garage (2 bays for guests). Situated on a secluded 2-1/2 ac wooded site, it is a retreat within the city.

Adjacent to Medina's South Town District - just four blocks south of the Historic Medina Square and its many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, specialty shops & events.

The most beautiful property we have been in the US. This is truly the home away from home with all the comfort and amenities. Host is great and attentive with clear instructions for checking in and out. Will definitely return.

The perfect house and host!

If you're looking for a VRBO in the Medina area, then look no further. This house and host are fantastic! House: great secluded location right in town. We loved just sitting outside watching all of the wildlife hang around the pond. The house is huge and has plenty of space for everyone. Beds were comfortable, the house was super clean, and with the decor it felt very homey. Host: the extra amenities were off the charts. Alan, our host, has provided anything that you may have forgotten on your trip. Down to small items like soap or toothbrushes; they provide new ones just in case. The bath towels are plush, the shampoos are high quality, and even the toilet paper is top shelf. One extra feature we loved is that the host DOESN'T want you to strip down the beds which makes check out much easier. Communication was spot on. This may be the best VRBO experience we've had to date.

Exceptional doesn’t quite cover it!

It’s hard to find all the words to cover what it’s like to stay in this beautiful home and property. Absolutely everything was highest quality, thoroughly thought out, beautifully appointed and cared for. We all felt like we were in a home that we had all been part of for years. Everyone kept saying, this is so wonderful! Every need was met. Beds were so comfortable, towels were perfect , furniture and rooms were so lovely, everything you needed in the kitchen …. There was not one want for anything more. And then there was the property. The pond, trees, parents, planters and it came with deer, fawns, ducks, birds. I didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return!The owners were wonderful to work with. Communication was exceptional. A hosts It doesn’t get any better!I simply can’t wait to return!

Why they chose this property

We love this property and the Medina area. When were home we walk to the coffee shops, restaurants and the Square. So much to do right here in Medina. Then there's Cleveland with the Rock-n-Roll HOF , museums, Guardians, Browns & Cavs. And the NFL Hall of Fame in Canton.

It's a secluded property large enough to accommodate up to 8 guests. Easy walk to Medina's Public Square.
