My family of 7 spent 2 weeks in Seth's apartment and had a very comfortable stay.
The apartment is superbly located. Plenty of street parking and a garage if you drive. We did not and relied on public transport which was fantastic too. Bus stops are just a block away, and Uber easily available. Lots of cafes and eateries just along the next street. The supermarket QFC is a stone throw away, and it was our daily routine to go there for groceries and food. The QFC itself has lots of cooked food for sale too, and I have to say the Chinese food (orange chicken) was way better than the one I tried from a Chinese take-away! The in house soup was fantastic too.
The apartment itself is so well stocked, it is the best of the apartments I have stayed. Soaps, shampoos, towels, dishwashing and laundry needs were all fully provided for us. Seth has the best kitchen around with all the utensils a home cook could ask for - different sizes of pots and pans, huge fridge, big microwave, full oven, mini oven-toaster, blender, coffee maker and grinder, a slow cooker and a rice cooker! The rice cooker was a life saver to us! There are plenty of storage spaces and a pantry too in the kitchen.
The cosy fireplace made the winter cold bearable for us, and Seth provided lots of beddings for the rooms. The Serta air mattress provided a very sleep for one of my kids who does not share bed well. I so wanted to buy the same one too but sadly found out Serta does not make one for a 220V. The rooms were spacious too with spaces to lay out the luggages and walk around.
The huge washing machine and dryer helped so much with our washing.
Overall, this is a very very good apartment in a lovely quiet district yet very convenient.
Seth is such a kind and fast response host. He advised on which apartment best suited our needs (he has several apartment in same district) and many of my questions regarding Seattle. During our stay, he was very prompt in answering all questions too.
Thank you, Seth, for your lovely apartment!
