I have lived in Waxahachie about 15 years now and have always wanted to live downtown. My stay here made me feel at home. I will be back! I think my grand daughter has mastered stairs and she loved the windows. We had an Amazing time.
Clean and convenient to the square, spacious and comfortable. While very quiet, the unit is in the upper floor of an historic building with a high stairwell for entry.
Unbelievable property and great stay. Beware the stairs. Not super friendly for those who can’t navigate heavy stairs. However, parking directly in front was no problem for us. Again, for those agile enough, perfect walking distance to the square. Dining, shopping, etc. We chose to travel and stay this year, as my wife loves to attend the Renaissance Fair for Mother’s Day every year and we wanted to make it a weekend versus a turnaround trip. Couldn’t have worked out better and will be repeating from now on.
This is a lovely place to stay in the heart of Waxahachie. Lots of light and contemporary design, with a big comfy couch. It’s also near some nice walking/biking trails. Waxahachie is a sweet little town, and it made a nice stopping point on my journey. I would stay here again.
Two minor negatives are that it’s a one-story walkup and you can hear the train horns in the morning and evening (I didn’t hear them overnight.)
