This 2 bed 1 bath unit is part of a 4plex that we have completely rebuilt! Both bedrooms have King size beds and a TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials- brand new appliances, Nespresso, vitamix etc. Vault ceiling, dimmer switched lighting, under cab light, work/dining area, wifi, ecobee therm, ref w/filtered water/ice, WD in unit, designer finishes, blackout shades in bedrooms, foam toppers on new beds. Enjoy the shared courtyard space with a firepit and a grill! Location is 5 mins from DT Scottsdale and a trolly stop near by. 10 out of 10!!
