Amazing location! Awesome Service!

Cristina went above and beyond to make our stay the best we've ever had in San Juan. We will stay here on our next trip to San Juan, and we can't wait to come back. I highly recommend this hotel. It's clean, cozy and priced just right.

When booked in October was told by host that transportation was included from port and then to airport upon checkout in addition to them storing bags before check in. This policy changed between booking and time of stay. I spent time during the vacation trying to come to an agreement with host. Ended up spending 87.50 and and additional 30 for bag storage. The best part of the trip was the driver Jose. He was fantastic!!

DO NOT BOOK HERE! The host double booked my room then ghosted me. Refused to answer the phone or offer any solution. 2 hours on the phone with VRBO with no resolution. Slept on the airport floor because of this horrible host. Absolutely no customer service at all. I wish i could give ZERO STARS!

Great location and room, bathroom could be improved

The location of this suite was incredible- it was a short walk to the beach, and had plenty of great food options around. The beds were comfortable and our stay was nice and quiet. The A/C unit is right next to one of the beds which could make it cold.The bathroom, however, could be improved. There was very limited counter space and the shower pressure was weak.
