The kitchen is great for meal preparation, complete with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee and tea maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware for 6.

- Tons of closet space and shelf space with each bedroom including hangers.

To respect our neighbors, we do not allow parties or gatherings. We utilize the "Minut Smart Home" which has the feature of measuring sound levels inside of our home. If you the noise level is too loud (usually means parties, large group of people, loud sounds or music) we may let you know. After the warning, if the noise continues, you could be asked to leave without a refund.

Official Check-out is at 11AM. Late Check-out is subject for approval and latest is at 12 Noon. Late check out without agreement will result on $50 penalty fee per hour.

The perfect condo for our girls Disney trip

We rented this condo for my 50th birthday. There were six of us, my three sisters and my favourite aunt and my mom. We visited Disney for three days and we had this beautiful condo to come back to. The beds were so comfortable. Better than home. The rooftop patio with a hot tub. Was such a nice thing to visit after a long day of walking at Disneyland. There are a few really nice pubs/restaurants within walking distance of the condo. It was such a beautiful atmosphere for our trip and I would definitely visit again. We had a few questions while we were there and Millie the property manager responded right away, we took a little bit of a gamble because this was a new rental, and there were no reviews when we booked, but I would definitely come back! I think this rental is more suited for adults. The rooftop patio is not really a place that I would feel comfortable bringing a bunch of kids but that’s just my feeling. It feels more like an adult luxury condo.

VRBO Support Review

This is more about VRBO's support process than the site. The site is no longer. Without sharing details on the legal issues of this site and this host, I'll say it was far and away the worst experience with a VRBO site for us. VRBO support made it right across the board. VRBO support was there for us on night one when we had difficulties reaching the host, and they were there over the next week standing behind their guarantee policy. End of the story we were made whole and I appreciate VRBO for making things right. I truly expected the site host to take the money and run. We've been using VRBO for years and despite this being a disaster on the lodging front for this trip, we're already planning our next trip because I'm confident VRBO has our back if things get weird. Hard to give a rating to a site that's no longer. I doubt anyone will read, but I'll give VRBO 5 stars, just not this trip or site.
