Welcome to our cozy coastal haven in the heart of Fort Walton Beach! This charming home offers a true taste of paradise, combining comfort, luxury, and all the amenities you could dream of.

Nestled in central Fort Walton Beach, our property is just five miles from the sugar-white beaches and sparkling emerald waters of Okaloosa Island. From the moment you arrive, you'll be enveloped in the warm, inviting atmosphere that this coastal retreat exudes.

When you walk in the door, you'll be greeted by the open concept living space. The sectional couch with recliners on each end offers plenty of space for the whole gang to kick back and relax. The living room is made complete with a wood-burning fireplace and a high definition television with sound bar.

The dining area hosts a quaint dining table, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or playing a game of cards. The table is easily movable to make way for the Murphy bed to come down and add an additional (and exceptionally comfy) queen-sized bed to the house.

From the dining room, french doors open up to your outdoor oasis. You’ll find a beautiful pool, which includes two sets of steps, a tanning ledge, and a hot tub that flows over into the pool. In the outdoor living space, plenty of seating awaits around an outdoor television. The farmhouse table makes for the perfect spot to enjoy outdoor meals made in the open-air kitchen! This outdoor kitchen boasts a five-burner grill, an additional burner that is perfect for seafood boils, a sink, mini-fridge and cooler built into the countertop.

Outside of the screened patio, you’ll find a path to an outdoor fire pit, plenty of yard space, and a disc golf net!

Back inside, the main kitchen is outfitted with everything you could dream of - an amazing selection of plates, bowls, and serveware, blender, cookware, crock-pot, toaster, coffee maker, and more. The cutout in the wall opens up the space and makes it perfect for entertaining.

Around the corner, a spacious master bedroom awaits. This room holds a king sized bed and television for those late night Netflix binges. You’ll also find an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. The roomy walk-in closet holds an iron/ironing board, plenty of racks for hanging clothes, a full sized dresser, and a yoga mat with some light weights.

Across the house, you’ll find two bedrooms, each holding a queen sized bed, and another full bathroom. Bonus: the hall closet is stocked with a bounty of games for the family!

Don’t forget about the laundry room, which gives you the ability to wash any clothes or towels needed while you’re here!
