The Royal Waikiki Condominium, is nestled in the heart of Waikiki, Hawaii's number one vacation destination. Units are just a few minutes walking distance to numerous restaurants that range from casual to fine dining, shops, nightlife and the world famous Waikiki Beach. An ideal stay for families with a smoke-free environment and a fully equipped kitchen. Or perfect for any business traveler with self check-in, complimentary WIFI, and daily amenities that make your experience hassle free.

Hawaii is amazing. The nights were very loud, rescue services all night, tourists very loud. Restaurants very good, but expensive.

Having a parking stall in Waikiki is a huge deal. This room has all the amenities we need. The host was easy to reach and responsive. We had problem with wifi and tv remote and the host responded right away. Thank you for making our vacation memorable. Listings photos are accurate.

Being on the Island was like being in paradise. Our condo was very clean. The bed The bed slept well, we really enjoyed We really enjoyed the kitchenette Being able to prepare our own food. The free parking was a plus😎

Great location for walking. Security was very pleasant. Parking was a big plus for us as we rented a car for our full stay. Pull out hide a bed could have been better. My 10 year old was uncomfortable. May have been better to sleep on the couch. Kitchen was great. Rice cooker. Kettle. Everything that's needed. Only 2 burners worked on the stove but was adequate for what we needed. Clubs can be loud some nights when there. Overall we would stay here again. P.s.use the password on the router for wifi. Make sure to use capital letters when needed.

The property is nice, room is clean but needs update. We rented for 2 weeks and we only got 1 very tiny shampoo and shower gel for 3 people, only 2 rolls of toilet paper. We had to supply our own garbage bag. If you use what was there that’s all no spare. The place was not set up with basic necessities for 1 person rather than 3. You have to get everything. Parking was convenient. Downstairs by the elevator stunk so bad daily. Had to hold my nose just to get through.

A week in Waikiki

The apartment was in a good location. It was an older building than expected but the apartment presented well. Though it did show its age. It was clean with lots of towels and a comfortable bed. The only problem we had was with the WiFi. The details supplied, WiFi name did not come on the search. Found the router which had different details for name and password. This worked occasionally but not very reliable. Ended up buying a SIM card as we are not from the USA. Beach towels would have be great to be supplied. An enjoyable stay despite a couple of things.

The condo was ok but definitely needs some tender loving care. The room divider looks like it's braking apart and we chose not to even bother using it because it might break more. The bathtub faucet area is rusting. Additionally, we found a couple cockroaches running around, not sure if they are coming from the hallway or not but we saw them go through in and out of the hallway door. We did like that the condo was centrally located in Waikiki and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go for the beach, souvenirs, and restaurants. It was interesting to be woken up by roosters every morning around 6am. We didn't mind it and kinda added to the allure of Island/tropical life others might not see it that way though. Overall cleanliness of the condo I would give it a 7/10, the room can definitely use some dusting, wipe down countertops, sweep and floor mopped. The wife was not pleased and said next time she would rather stay at a hotel.
