We live outside of Athens, GA in Oconee County, GA. My wife and I got into the vacation rental business in late 2019 in Pigeon Forge, TN, right before you-know-what happened. We learned a lot from that time and are still learning. Since '19, we've grown from one cabin to four...two in Pigeon Forge, TN and two in Murphy, NC, with more on the way in the future, hopefully.

We love being vacation rental hosts because we love giving people a good experience for a fair price. We stayed in many rental houses and cabins before we got into the industry that were sparsely stocked with amenities and didn't want to do business like that. We want to make sure you have everything you need within reason to have a memory-making experience in our cabin and in the area.

The location of the cabin really can't be beat. It's less than a mile from the Parkway, less than 5 miles from Dollywood and less than 10 miles from Gatlinburg. And you can take backroads to Publix, Kroger, many good restaurants, and plenty of retail stores.

What makes this property unique

Family Tradition packs a lot of usable square footage into its 1920 sq. ft. The rooms are good sized, the kitchen is laid out well, the living room is cozy and roomy and the outside decks are great for hanging out with friends and family.
