- Parking: Access to parking is via the alley behind the home. There is a gated carport with the address of your home that can fit up to 2 vehicles. On Street parking to the side of the home is also available.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 21.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that is under 30 lbs and non- shedding (up to 2 dogs). If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
- Locals: Guests must reside outside the local Nashville area to book this home

We loved the space. There was everything we needed and the location was wonderful- it was very easy to get to Broadway. The directions were very clear and there were great spaces to gather and sleep. We loved it!

This home was amazing! We had plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Our favorite place for coffee in the morning was the rooftop! We were 2 miles from downtown and we used an Uber everyday even though we had a vehicle. We even walked to the grocery store. I’d definitely choose this home again!

The house was just beautiful. All updated, everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms. We enjoyed sitting up on the rooftop. The house was very close to Broadway. Uber's were inexpensive and we even walked one morning. Also close to a grocery store and there is a liquor store across the street. A very convenient location.

This home was very accomodating for 3 to 4 couples with 2 ensuite king bedrooms and a third full bathroom shared between adjoining rooms. There is also a half bath on the 1st floor and one in the loft where an available futon/sofabed could accomodate another couple privately. If you have lots of girlfriends, a large family or would like to share with another, this is the place. The beds and pillows we used were also quite comfortable. Note that tvs are only present in the living room and loft but that's not why we were in Nashville! We didn't walk downtown in the heat of the summer but its doable, certainty at other times of the year. Parking here was not a problem for your private vehicle with plenty of onstreet parking and room for at least one on the pad. The neighborhood was nice but a nearby liquor store did draw some activity at night. There is a Kroger foodstore within a half mile for all your shopping needs. The nearby Marathon Motorworks was worth a visit for some motor history and varied off broadway artsy crafts, clothing and a free Tennessee whiskey tasting at the Legend Distillery! Our only complaint was Kalos offering of early check-in or late check-out at a relatively steep rate when we have come to expect at least early check-in once a unit is cleaned! We were able to get at 3pm for a 4pm check-in so we thank you for that! Book it Danno! You won't be disappointed.
