The rental was parfect for us with 3 adult children and 2 guests, 7 total. Place was clean, short ride from airport, and about a mile walk to Broadway. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay. The owners were extremely helpful and communicative. Answered all questions in a very timely manner. The place was super clean and comfortable. The road noise was a bit loud at night, but they had noise machines in each room so it wasn’t a problem at all. We would definitely stay there again!

Very clean and nice unit. Close to downtown. Close to freeway and there is a lot of road noise from it. Recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light to moderate sleeper. It does not detract from what is a great unit, but just be prepared. Highly recommend.

Great stay in Nashville for Pearl Jam at Bridgestone

This place is great! We walked all over downtown during our 4 night stay. Host is friendly and a great communicator. The unit is on the 4th floor of a 5 floor building that is all short term rental units. We would 100 percent book again for our next Nashville adventure!

This was a great place to stay! Close Uber ride to Lower Broadway….walking distance to 3rd & Lindsley….place was very clean….low water pressure in one of the bathrooms, but was not a deal breaker! Overall, very solid place!

Fun get away with friends!

We had an awesome time in Nashville and Jerrod’s place worked out great for our group! Could walk to Broadway and an Uber back after long day/night was fairly inexpensive. Also could access other areas by Uber…Gulch, Music Row for a very low cost. Place is as advertised. Most impressive was how responsive to questions the host is!

Why they chose this property

We love this neighborhood because it's so close to all the attractions Nashville has to offer. Being able to walk to Broadway to hear live music or to the Titans and Predators games is amazing. Plus there's the best BBQ located just 1/2 mile a way.

What makes this property unique

All of our furnishings are top of the line and designed as if we were living here full-time. The mattresses are super comfortable, the bathrooms are huge and the ammeneities are first class.
