About this property

Wake up to the sounds of the ocean

Welcome to our families condo “The Salty Seagull” just north of the Garden City pier. This second floor unit is perfect for watching the sunrise on the furnished balcony.
Enjoy a spectacular oceanfront view from the master bedroom which features a queen size bed, and private full bathroom.
There is a second bedroom, which also has a queen bed. Along with a second full size bathroom.
The living room has a queen sized pull out sofa bed to accommodate six guests total.
You will find a fully stocked kitchen with full-size refrigerator, granite countertops, stainless, steel appliances, dishwasher and microwave oven.
The dining area offers plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a family dinner or game night.
Our all inclusive rates include all linens and departure maid service.

Spend a fun filled day soaking up the sun, building Sandcastles or catching some waves. The choice is yours ! Don’t forget to enjoy the pool and deck area on site.
Dine in or take a short ride to one of the many local restaurants. For your convenience, The Sea master complex offers two elevators and coin operated laundry (just outside of our door.) There is on premises parking for 2 vehicles. Parking placard must be visible at all times. There is also public parking next to the complex.
Our unit is strictly non-smoking including the balcony.
Guests must be 25 to book and remain present for the entire length of stay.
No pets due to HOA rules
The salty seagull is just minutes from Surfside Beach, Myrtle Beach State Park, The marsh walk in Murrells Inlet, Brook green gardens, and Huntington Beach State Park. You can also enjoy shopping malls/outlets and entertainment nearby.

Tracey and Mike were wonderful hosts! The condo was clean and comfortable. There were many thoughtful touches, from an umbrella and chairs for the beach, games and puzzles for downtime, and kitchen tools that made it easy for us to cook. Tracey was very responsive to my questions, and the instructions in the unit were very clear.

Why they chose this property

The Myrtle beach area has so much to offer
But we chose to purchase a condo a little further south in a much quieter area.
There are still so many things to do and Myrtle Beach is just 15 -20 minutes away

What makes this property unique

We have worked our entire lives to be able to own some thing on the beach.
We put a lot of pride of ownership into our condo to make sure your stay is comfortable
We clean it ourselves therefore we know that you will walk into a well kept clean unit
