The space
The main living area including kitchen, drink pantry, formal dining room bathroom, and sunroom is located on the first floor.
The second floor has four king bedrooms, three full baths and a laundry room. The third floor has two king bedrooms, a full bathroom and kitchenette w/ sitting room.
Bonus!… speakeasy game room with pool table, poker, table and bar in the finished basement! Play and relax in this unique space.

PGA Championship 2024

We had a group of 10 adults and the house was great - it’s a beautiful home with lots of space and character located in a lovely neighborhood close to local restaurants and shops. We loved the area! I had hoped for better communication from the host in response to my messages and with more information about checking in/out, but I was grateful for the quick response and action taken when we had a problem with the kitchen faucet and dishwasher upon arrival. Overall, an enjoyable vacation.

This property is truly spectacular. We all loved it and would love to stay again! Right on the park for lovely fall walks and spacious for a larger group, it’s a must stay!
