Our stylish studio lives large with an open kitchen, two balconies, queen bed, two twin beds, and a magical backyard.
Have every comfort of home in this great jumping-off spot for anything you’d like to do in Boise. One block from a great coffee shop and just a 5-minute walk to restaurants, the Whitewater park for paddle boarding/ surfing/ swimming, access to the Greenbelt trail, and more!

This studio loft is clean and provides plenty of natural light, giving you that ultimate Boise sunshine! The queen bed, combined with the day bed and trundle bed allows sleeping for 4 guests.

We want our guests to experience the real Boise and have fun doing it. We provide bikes to ride into the foothills or for a night out downtown, SUPs to be on the pond, and a surfboard to shred the river wave. We also can provide a travel crib upon advanced request.

Just 3 blocks away from the Whitewater Park, you can relax at the beach, play in the water, and hit the Greenbelt (the 25 mile track that follows the Boise River through the city).

One of the most desirable neighborhoods in all of Boise! The charm of the North End, the urban amenities of the West End, and unbeatable access to the Whitewater Park, Quinn`s Pond, and the iconic Boise Greenbelt. Just a 10-minute bike ride to downtown, you really have it all right here!

Boise West End is close to everything:

1 block to coffee shop (Alchemist Coffee)
<5 min walk to the Whitewater Park
10 min walk to the Greenbelt where there are numerous coffee shops and restaurants along the water.
10 min bike to downtown or a $8 Lyft if that’s more your speed
10 min bike to foothills with over 200 miles of mountain biking/hiking trails.
15 min drive to the airport.
20 min drive to rock climbing at the Black Cliffs
45 min drive to Bogus Basin Ski Resort or Cascade Rafting and Kayaking.

* There is another studio below the loft and while we have done our best to soundproof it, we ask that all guests to be respectful of the other tenants and to observe that after 10pm is quiet time for the property.

*Our House, Apartment, Loft, and Studio can be joined together for a larger group rental where you will have the entire property.
The House is 2bed/2bath that can sleep 8, the Studio and the Apartment can each sleep 4.

Best location!

This is the absolute best location! We could bike or even walk to so many things… including the river and bike trails, coffee shop, restaurants like the Sandbar, Queen’s Pond! Hyde Park or even downtown were bike accessible:)

Loved this little loft

So cozy and the owner has provided everything needed. Centrally located and close to Esther Simplott park where I went to walk and look at the goslings every day. Didn't want to leave but had to return home. The only issue I had is the driveway which is a little too steep and tore off part of my undercarriage and the parking is a little difficult if there is another car in the other unit. But overall, it was great!

Cute and cozy

Overall this is a very cute and cozy property. The trundle bed needs to be updated as there was a lot of stains on the actual bed. But again, it's an Airbnb and I imagine it would be hard to keep a cloth bed stain free with people including kids coming in and out. Parking was tricky so read the instructions. Once you do that's super easy. That was on me! It is an upstairs loft so be prepared to haul your luggage up stairs. The owner was super sweet and kind and gave us great places to grab coffee and breakfast. The bed was comfy and after being in Oregon in another rental without AC it was so good to have AC! Having the river right down the road is nice and everything you need is not far away. I would definitely stay here again.
