Located in a resort-style building, Ocean Minded offers access to two pools, a hot tub, and a private walkway to the soft white sands of Navarre Beach. Inside, the unit is decorator-furnished with all-new furniture, fresh bedding, updated TVs in every room, and beautiful tile flooring throughout—no carpeting!
Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the emerald waters of the Gulf straight into your living space. Whether you're relaxing in the comfortable living room, dining at the table for six, or enjoying a snack at the breakfast bar for two, you'll be surrounded by endless views of blue skies and water. The tiled balcony with sleek glass railings offers an unobstructed panorama of the shoreline, creating the perfect spot to sip morning coffee or unwind in the evening.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to prep meals and snacks, making it easy to dine in if you choose. The Gulf-front king-sized primary suite offers its own private slider to the balcony, and waking up to that view every morning is pure magic. The second bedroom is also king-sized, while the third bedroom is ideal for kids or additional guests, featuring a full-over-full bunk bed that sleeps four comfortably. A second full bath with a tub/shower combo serves these rooms, and a washer/dryer is provided for your convenience.

Great Getaway for Fall Break

This was a great condo for our vacation. We loved that the beach was not crowded during this time. We enjoyed the slow pace and the ease of getting around town. This was our first time to stay at Navarre Beach, and we had a great time.

Perfect Beach Spot

This was my third time in Florida and my family’s second time. This is my fav place that we have stayed. I love Navarre Beach! We saw dolphins most mornings we were there. It was a great location for us and a comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated condo. The fourth floor view was also perfection!

Great time, despite a hurricane coming!

Beautiful condo with a LOT of space. Communication with the company that maintains the condo was great. Super clean and generally quiet property. Our kids LOVED the pools. Type 1 hurricane came through, but you wouldn’t have known from inside our space. Amazing views from the balcony. Definitely recommend for anyone needing a relaxing break!

Love Navarre Beach!

This is our second year staying in Navarre and both times we have stayed at Caribbean Resort. We stayed on 17th floor last year and this year 4th floor. We loved both condo but prefer to stay lower with two small children. Two king size beds and a set of bunk beds was perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. Comfy beds, large living room and great balcony. We cook on vacation and the kitchen had everything we needed. Pool is fantastic. The property is always very clean. You won’t be disappointed with this condo!

Best views on the beach!

This condo is beautiful. It has the best views on the beach. The floor to ceiling windows in the main bedroom and living room allow you to enjoy the ocean views sitting inside. The balcony is perfect with the glass fronts that also allow for a great view when using the sun lounger there. Navarre is so beautiful with blue/green waters, dolphins and not as crowded as most other beaches. The communication with the management on site was top notch! They respond promptly to any questions you may have. Check in and out is a breeze. I am already planning my trip for next year and will definitely come back to this condo!

You can talk with the others in the area with ease. The bedrooms has some separation for folks with multiple family members. We loved the quietness of the private beach area with umbrellas and chairs available. The pool was cool and relaxing after the day at the beach. The ac temperature was preset and locked at that temperature, we had to get some fans to help with air movement. But understand the reason of why.
