Welcome to this spacious well maintained 2 bedroom 1 bath year round home on 3 wooded acres. Outside features great driveway & turn around space, quiet back yard & firepit. Inside offers updated 2 bedroom 1 bath home with full bath Washer & dryer. Close to Eagle River & all it has to offer. Within Minutes of Catfish & Cranberry Lake public boat launches for great fishing & fun. Close to snowmobile & ATV trails . SO Much to explore. Not on the water...

Home is just over 1000 sq ft. Space living room w/sleeper sofa, vintage kitchen & dining space. Master bedroom queen sized bed. 2nd bedroom has full bed & full on bottom, twin on top bunk beds. Full basement with water & dryer. Private back yard w/firepit, & grill. Close to Hwy 45 head north to Eagle River or south to Three Lakes...

Full access to house. We also have a home book with more details of All the Public boat launches within a 10 mile radius. Places we have found fun to eat & explore. & Maps with ATV/UTV & snowmobile trails.

Very nice place to stay! Clean and cozy. Communication with property owner was great. Plenty of parking for boat and vehicles. Will definitely be back!

Winter fun

Excellent location— easy in and out with lots of level outdoor space in the front and backyard. Cabin was warm and cozy. Owners were extremely responsive and got back to any questions we had within minutes. We will definitely be booking again!

Perfect home to be close to town

Very impressive home just minutes away from Eagle River center. Place was very clean, and easy to access right off Hwy 45. Host was very informative and communicative. We will stay again next summer for sure. Host makes available MANY items in the unti for your usage as part of your stay- a true gem of a listing!!

Not for sure what happened!!

We booked this home and received our confirmation information via email and that is where all communication stopped. On our way to the destination (10 hour drive) we were not able to reach the hosts even thru VRBO's customer service help desk. Mid way what should have been our stay I received a text message stating they had booked it for the weekend to someone else. I can't rate this actual facility because we never saw it in person. Only thru VRBO's customer service did we receive any help with our situation. I hope what ever glitch this host experienced will be resolved quickly.
