Main Floor:

Welcome to The Bellflower Retreat main floor! Step into a fully equipped kitchen that makes meal preparation a breeze. The adjacent dining room offers comfortable seating for up to eight guests, perfect for enjoyable meals together. Relax in the cozy living room, unwind in the private bedroom featuring a luxurious king-size bed, and freshen up in the full bathroom. Take in the surroundings while lounging on the spacious deck.

Lower Level with Swimming Pool and Hot Tub:

The lower level is a hub of indoor entertainment, featuring a heated pool with a dedicated area to watch your loved ones splash in the pool while streaming your favorite show on the pool room television. It also includes a convenient half bathroom.

The fun continues on the lower level with a game room equipped with something for all ages. Engage in high stakes or friendly competition texas Hold 'em at the poker table. Reminisce about days gone past while playing arcade games from your childhood.

Don't miss a moment of your favorite college or professional games. Family movie nights can be so memorable in the theater with surround sound.

We are available via your booking platform from 9am-8pm EST. Do not hesitate to reach out for any concerns.

House Rules

Check-in/ Check-Out: Check in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. We will do our best to accommodate an earlier check in, but we make no promises. The check-in time of 4pm is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to have the home ready for your arrival!

Minimum age to rent: 25 years old

Rental agreement: after booking, we require a signed rental agreement. It's very easy, I promise!

Smoking Policy: There is absolutely no smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vape, marijuana, hookah, drugs, etc..) inside or outside on the decks. If smoke is detected inside the home, then a minimum of $500 fee for smoke remediation will be enforced.

Extra Guests: Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Additional guests will be charged at $100 per night per guest.

Party Policy: This is not a home for parties or events.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed. We charge a minimum of $250 for pet damages.

Pool Policy: Pool room is locked with a code required to enter. NO DIVING. Pool is approximately 3 feet deep. Pool temperature is set to 83 degrees. Swim at your own risk. All children under 18 need adult supervision.

Hot Tub: Shower or bathe with soap before entering hot tub especially if you have lotions, deodorant or sunscreen on your skin. The hot tub water is changed before each guest arrives.

BBQ: We provide a propane grill that is secured in place. Please clean off grill after use.

Garbage: Please dispose of full trash bags into bear proof bins in front of the house. If you have excess trash during your stay, please notify me to arrange for pickup.

Cabin arrival: All roads are paved but under rare icy conditions, All Wheel Drive may be necessary to navigate the roads.

Travel Insurance: Please be advised of our cancellation policy. Travel Insurance is highly suggested due to unforeseen live events that may alter your travel plans.

Off Limit Areas: Owners' closet in theater room. Pool mechanicals in pool room.

Pest Control: Our cabin is professionally treated by a licensed pest control company on a regular basis, we hope that you’ll appreciate the fact that being in the heart of the National Park does create certain challenges in the area. It is best to always close the doors behind you.

For your security, there is an outdoor camera recording at all times. It provides a view of the front door and driveway.
