It is a flat of about 45 square metres. With a unique style in an old farmhouse from the end of the 19th century that has been refurbished. Consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and clothes hanger and a small desk. A living room with an open kitchen and dining table. There is a 140x200 sofa bed on which two children can sleep. Toilet room with bidet and shower. Storage room with washer-dryer. Access both from the private car park side and from the inner courtyard.
Ideal for visiting the beauty of the 7 lakes, the pre-Alps is easy to reach. Possibility of cooking at home or a 5-minute walk through the rural village, an excellent Italian restaurant 'La cascinetta' is always open.
