Great stay in Davie

We had a group of 14 adults staying at the property to celebrate my 40th birthday. The house is huge and beautiful and fit us all (some couples, some singles) very comfortably. The communication before we arrived was amazing and any question I had was answered quickly. There are a few places that you could see some wear (fountains not running, built in grill not operating, bathtub peeling etc) but there was not anything that kept us from having a great time. The neighborhood is quiet and backs up to a beautiful horse stable and you can occasionally hear the horses. There is a Publix within a 5-10 minute drive so that was nice and the beach was about 30 minutes away. Check in and checkout was a breeze. We pretty much lived in the pool and ate at the huge outdoor table every night - it was so perfect for our large group!
