About this property

Lake House Lebehn

Spacious ONE ROOM apartment in the 1857 built farm house, with double bed and pull out sofa, comfortable kitchen with a big table, big bathroom and outside covered patio to dine al fresco. The lake is directly by the property and we provide free double and single kayak. We have bicycles to use on outside cycle paths, which connect to form over 600km route. The big, partially wild garden is exclusively for your use. There are many walks in and around our village (Lebehn), but if you wish to shop, Szczecin is only 35 minutes drive away. In spring and summer the area is a bird lovers´ paradise. Singing birds congregate by our lake from March till late July and sometimes one can hear 10-20 different kinds birds singing at the same time. The lake is clean and peaceful and most of the time you can have it all to yourself.

I was born in Poland but left in 1981 ago and lived and worked in English speaking countries most of my life. I arrived in Germany just before covid and bought this house because loved its location.

Why they chose this property

The house is located directly by the lake, there is a huge tree in the garden and when I viewed it in July singing birds clinched the deal for me.

What makes this property unique

The garden is very big and for exclusive use of my guests and mostly left to nature. There is wide variety of creatures here from hedgehogs, lizards, frogs to enormous amount of various pollinators I have never seen before in my long life. I feed birds the whole year so guests can see more unusual birds in the garden too.
