You will be getting one big room. The bathroom is down the hall...bring toilet paper. Supposedly there is a full kitchen but we were never told where that was. The host apparently doesn't speak English so communication before we arrived was very bad. Had to have my Czech son in law do all the communication . It was OK for just sleeping there at night but old, dark, and oddly decorated.
