There is AC/heat and two fans. The treehouse has Wifi and two smart TV's with included Netflix. There is a strict no smoking and no animal policy. Due to the nature of the treehouse, all guest will need to be able to navigate a staircase to the treehouse and also navigate either the ships ladder to the loft or the ladder to the bunk area.
