WATERFRONT DEERFIELD HOME WITH DOCK, CLOSE TO BEACH

Come take it easy at the Tekeze House in the exclusive Cove. Beautiful waterfront coastal house with 60' dock with recently added mooring whips. Perfectly situated between the Boca and Hillsboro ocean inlets, this deep water no fixed bridge home is perfect for the avid boater. Located very close to the world famous Deerfield Beach with parks, restaurants, boardwalk and international Pier. House features brand new spacious back yard with a fully automated heated pool and spa, extra large Tiki Hut with TV and fans/firepit, faux grass play area/lounge chair area with propane grill. Mix some drinks around the pool, Tiki Hut or covered lanai.....your choice and enjoy the spectacular Florida sunsets. The dock has water and power ( 50 and 30 amp) as well as an oversized fish cleaning station with umbrella. Relax in the house or play a game of pool or even darts or ring toss. Once you step through the front door you will immediately feel the blissful, carefree feel of this Deerfield Beach Cove retreat.

For those boaters who are planning to rent a boat or bring their own boat, Pioneer Park Public Boat Launch is 1.6 miles away. Needless to say you have full use of the dock during your stay. The dock has 30 and 50 amp electric service, water and a full size fish cleaning station. For the avid fishermen we even have a full size ice machine in the garage.

In the reservation, please let me know if you are planning to bring any pets. Pets are allowed. $150 pet fee.

There is a four day minimum booking requirement. However, when a two or three day booking becomes available, pre approval will be required by the host before an instant booking will be accepted. No one day bookings allowed.

We were with our family over the Christmas holiday for 10 days. It was the perfect house for us. Waking up daily to sunshine and fishing off the dock was a dream. Conveniently located and super cozy!

My family and I (8 of us total) stayed here for a whole week. The property is well kept and located super close to restaurants, grocery, and things to do! Beach is only a 7 min drive as well. We really enjoyed our stay for not knowing much about the area! Harris was super responsive to our questions and provided great recommendations for the area. We felt safe in his home. Would definitely book this home again!

Beautiful and relaxing

We came to the area for a family reunion. Four of us stayed at the home and our other family members came over a couple of times to cook out, sit and talk under the tiki area and on the covered porch and swim in the pool/hot tub. The setting, house, and yard/deck are beautiful. It was conveniently located. Harris was very welcoming and responsive to questions.

Telexes house is a beautiful appointed and near the beach and numerous restaurants.Beds were comfortable and the pool was fantastic.Harris responded immediately to our questions. Amazing Family Christmas Stat

We booked the house in advance & the owner was so prompt and accommodating even before we entered the house. We had 6 adults & 3 kids staying in the house and it was perfect! Beautiful home, gracious host

We really liked this house, everything is as advertised and the location has a beautiful heated pool and dock. We had a few small issues and the host was extremely fast in resolving them and very easy to communicate with, given it was the holidays I thought that everything was very well handled. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to rent in south florida.

Great house and host

Harris is an excellent host. Easy to communicate with him via phone. Responsive to our texts. We had a problem getting the hot tub up to 100 degrees. He sent a pool technician out several times and got it up to 103 degrees. The house itself was very clean. Well stocked kitchen, towels and paper products. The furniture and beds were clean and comfortable. We walked to Deerfield Beach several mornings. Our group included 4 men on a golfing trip. This is our 13th year of renting properties in Deerfield Beach. Harris’ property is the best experience we’ve had to date. We plan to return next year. Thank you Harris! Kevin S Harrodsburg, KY
