Quiet self contained independent one bedroom apartment, walking distance to the Carter Road seafront. Situated on a winding street, close to Yoga house and numerous charming eateries and restaurants. New renovated with two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen, High speed wifi, work desk, cable and housekeeping. Walking distance to market for fresh produce, groceries. Wardrobe space in bedroom, making it suitable for it long stays as well.

1. The main building gate shuts at 10:30pm. We provide a key to open it along with the flat key.
2. Please let us know if you are checking-in post 10:30, we would need to let the watchman know beforehand.
3. Please note that there is construction work going on in nearby neighbourhood and around the building. So it can be a bit noisy.
